Upon inspecting the bag, I found in the inside pocket, a couple of business cards that said eye doctor, who likely was the owner of this bag! After some googling, I found that this doctor had published a thesis in 1953, here is the website to the info of the thesis https://iss.ndl.go.jp/books/R000000004-I9147146-00, and further researched from this page, I found that there're a collective titles he has published in the Journal of Japanese Ophthalmological Society between 1950's to 1980's (https://iss.ndl.go.jp/books?rft.au=%E7%9C%9F%E6%99%BA%2F%2F%E5%93%B2%E5%A4%AB&search_mode=advanced)
